The Body Project
The Body Project was created for real women — women who are busy, overwhelmed, and tired of putting themselves last.
I know exactly what that feels like, because I’ve lived it.
For years, fitness was my tool for managing my anxiety — until life caught up with me. Chronic stress, a toxic relationship, and the pressure to hold everything together took a toll on both my mind and body. I gained weight, lost confidence, and felt completely disconnected from myself. Overall, I was miserable both in myself and in my body.
Eventually, I hit a breaking point. My light had dulled, and I was feeling extremely lost in life. I had completely lost who I was.
So I decided to do something radical — I chose to be selfish in the best possible way and set myself a brand new challenge that was all about me and my growth. I committed to myself, poured my energy into healing, and rebuilt my physical and mental strength. I lost 17kg, but what I gained was far more valuable: confidence, self-respect, peace of mind, and the ability to finally feel present in my life.
Now, I help women do the exact same thing.
As a coach with a background in psychology, I bring more than fitness and nutrition advice — I bring an understanding of why we think, feel, and behave the way we do around food, our bodies, and our worth.
I'm deeply passionate about helping women break the cycle of negative self-talk and the pressure to constantly shrink themselves — physically and emotionally. For too long, we've been programmed to believe our value lies in the number on the scale. I’m here to help change that.
The Body Project isn’t just about weight loss.
It’s about getting off the hamster wheel of toxic diet culture, rewriting your internal narrative, and learning to treat yourself with the respect, care, and compassion you deserve.
Through The Body Project, I coach women to take back their power — not just by losing weight, but by changing how they think, feel, and show up in their lives. We work on more than food and fitness. We build confidence, break self-sabotaging habits, and create sustainable routines that work in the real world — for real women.
Helping women come home to themselves is my greatest passion, and I’d be honoured to support you on your journey.
