Michelle is a brilliant coach! Even though its online I honestly have felt more support from this than I have from in person coaches I have dealt with before. I never felt like I was doing it by myself she was there every step of the way.

I found Michelle’s programme (the body project) unreal, I always struggled to lose weight, I tried multiple things and when I started working with Michelle, she listened to me and created a plan that suited me and my lifestyle.
She was always at the end of the phone when I needed it. We did weekly check-ins, which helped me keep up my motivation by getting positive feedback every week or making specific tweaks to my plan to help me achieve my goals.

I work in the fitness industry. We especially need to maintain a look where we are judged. I'm a busy single mom of 2 running my own business . Michelle helped me at the most difficult time in my life to get back to looking my best in a very easy approach. I didn't even find it hard .

I think I've really gotten the hang of my food now!
I wore a pair of jeans that wouldn't even go up my hips last year today and they were loose at the waist! Was my highlight of the week!

People are starting to notice the weight loss, customers are saying it at work so happy with that because even though I know I'm losing weight, it's hard to see it in yourself every day, so I’m delighted people can see it now too!

I’m definitely getting myself back into a routine, it helped me so much.

Seeing progress in the gym, only a few weeks in and feeling stronger, I am feeling more confident in my gym gear, feel I can see my bum and legs getting a little more toned

I am really happy in how I am feeling I really can see the weight loss and I'm so positive about it. I'm now wearing crop tops on gym and feel so good about it I was always so nervous before.

I’m feeling so so good in myself and I'm so determined to keep going. I had two scenarios where I could have gone off plan but I made sure to stay on plan- massive spread of food sat night and drink but didn't touch it so was very proud of myself!

Michelle is by far the best coach I had ever had. She is real, genuine and so supportive. She takes such a realistic approach to meal plans and workouts and has always been there to cheer me on. My goal was to get a bikini bod and I achieve that so much earlier than expected without any restrictions. I felt so supported throughout and I have recommended her to everyone I meet.

Physically my body looks so much different, apart from losing weight I gained muscle and lots of strength. Mental and emotionally I connected with feeling confident, beautiful and safe within myself.

I’ve always loved eating and that hasn’t changed, I see cooking and eating a a gift for me, as I want to nurture myself more than anything. I can look at myself at the mirror and see a beautiful, strong body which had never happened before in my life.
I talk positively and nicely to myself, I can quickly identify negative old patterns and change it, reassuring me I’m safe and that way of talking to myself is not needed anymore, served a purpose in the past but not now.

Michelle really changed how I look at food, and understanding how I need to fuel my body. The results speak for themselves, I’ve lost over 9kg and toned up considerably in the process.
The programme was really easy to follow, and Michelle was really understanding about certain aspects of my life that sometimes make it difficult to plan.
She was always available to answer questions and give advice. She lives and breathes The Body Project, and it shows in the results her clients get!

I really enjoyed my experience with Michelle. I never felt like I was a burden or anything; she always made time for you no matter what, even when she was on holidays. If that is not dedication, I don’t know what is!

The Body Project was truly the best decision I made. From the girl that started and cringed at her first pic, I began to see changes as the weeks went on and began to look forward to my check-in pics so I could see my body change.
